How do I change my shirts QR code?

To update the QR code for your QRave product, simply visit the"Update QR Link"page on our website. There, you'll need to fill out the required fields to specify what your new QR code should link to. Once you've submitted the form, your QR code will be updated within 24 hours.

How long is shipping?

At Qrave™ we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction by processing orders as fast as possible. With that being said shipping times fluctuate between 7-9 business days!

How should I was the clothing?

All of our clothing is easy to care for and can be machine washed. We recommend using low heat or hang drying for the best results. This will help preserve the quality of the fabric.

Can I return my order?

We have a 7-day return/exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to make a request. To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Your request to exchange/return can be submitted here.

How do I track my order?
